   • Short-term loan (6 months) secured by unencumbered assets, typically unbonded property.
   • Requires a clear exit strategy at the time of application.
4. Lead Referral Commission:
   • Rand Connect  will pay 10% of the revenue earned on a deal to lead providers.
   • Commission is payable monthly once the deal is repaid.
   • Lead providers need only submit the name and contact details of potential clients.
